• Contact information: name, email address, mobile phone number, service address and unit number.
• Account and service information: the services you use, equipment and device identifiers (such as MAC addresses), support requests and account history.
• Communications: the content of emails, calls and SMS/MMS messages you exchange with us, and your messaging consent and opt-out records.
• Technical and network information: IP addresses, connection logs and usage data needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the network, and to meet our legal obligations as a service provider.

• To provide, maintain and support your service, including installation, troubleshooting and billing.
• To send you account notifications, service and outage alerts, appointment reminders, verification codes and responses to your support requests.
• To protect the security and integrity of our network and our customers.
• To comply with applicable law, regulation and lawful requests from authorities.

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Latigo, we will use that number to send the types of messages described when you opted in, such as service notifications, outage alerts, appointment reminders, verification codes and support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@latigo.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or traded.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us operate our business (for example, messaging, billing, hosting and support providers), who may use it only to perform services for us and are required to protect it. This does not include the sharing of mobile opt-in data or consent described above.
• With the owner or manager of your property where needed to deliver or support property-provided service, limited to service-related information.
• When required by law, subpoena, court order or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Latigo, our customers or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide service, resolve disputes and meet legal and regulatory requirements, and then delete or anonymize it. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
• Request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@latigo.net. We may need to keep certain information to meet legal obligations or to complete an active service.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
